I have 4 defaults but I settled everything. I have no debts. But If I do have a record does it mean I can’t be a guarantor for my sister application?

Check your credit records to make sure they are clear otherwise it is unlikely you will be accepted..

To be a guarantor you will need to pass the credit check, as Kallis mentions , have a look at your files and make sure they are clear.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
