can i be a signature on a business bank account ?

hi where i currently work is due to shut and a group of us have been asked to take over.its a comunity intrest company(cic).can i be a signature on the business bank account as i am in a iva or would i be best to leave it to the other 2

Yes you can - but the bank may well carry out credit checks on you, so to avoid embarrassment it might be better if you steered clear of this particular responsibility - unless your co-workers are aware of and accept your own financial issues.
