Currently going through the IVA process. Can I cancel it before they issue the drafts to the creditors? I haven’t received the draft or signed anything uet

Usually, yes, unless you have signed any terms of engagement to the contrary --- most reputable firms will allow you to pull out before the creditors meeting.

Might I ask why you have changed your mind ?

You can indeed, and it's best to if you are not fully convinced that an iva is the right route.

From what I can gather, its best to pull out before the IVA begins than to pull out during it, when the IP's fee's will apply and lost interest will be re-added to the account, its good that you are weighing up your options.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.

Yes you can, beware you might have to pay a cancellation fee to some firms.
