If myself and my husband are divorcing and have joint debt will we still be able to have an IVA, both parties want to clear outstanding debt in joint names.
Your IVA will absolve you from the joint liability -- however, it would then fall entirely to your soon to be ex. He will need his own IVA, or another solution to deal with it.
