I have lived in Jersey Channel islands for 20 years. I have accumulated £27,000 of debt due to a personal loan, catalogues, payday loans, credit card and overdraft. I'd say all of these debts are with UK companies. Are there any IVA companies who cover Channel Islands?

Yes you can - I have a friend who lived there whilst she started her IVA. Have a chat with a few companies before making a decision.

Most firms operate remotely these days, by phone and email, so being in the C.I isn't a bar.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
