can i do iva with only wife working

i am out of work but wife is still working have agreed reduced payment with mortgage and other secured loan and have contacted other non secured and sent letter paying just five pounds a month but still getting letters calls etc can i do iva with only wife working

There is nothing to stop you doing an IVA on one income and when you do find a job your case would be reviewed. Get some free advice from an insolvency firm.

I have already posted this link www.iva.com on another post of yours but would suggest you choose 2 or 3 companies to talk to, you will get free case specific advice and be able to decide on a debt solution suited to you x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Do you have any disposable income, having taken into account your wife's lost salary? I am afraid that £5 per month per creditor is unlikely to be acceptable in an IVA. What are the chances of your wife returning to employment in the near future?
