They shouldn't do and they have no reason to see that you are in an IVA in the first place.

We went away whilst in an IVA with no problem.

If you are in the fortunate position of being able to afford a holiday or are gifted the opportunity then grasp it with firm hands. An iva does not stop you from leaving the country or holiday in the UK.

In our iva we managed to save through our allowances for a weeks camping every year to ensure we got away to recharge our batteries.

Enjoy yourself when the time comes!

My daughter paid for us to go away when she had an insurance policy mature.
