Hi Ray and welcome to the Forum.
All unsecured debts are listed in your IVA and this includes credit cards, car loans but not hire purchase. Your IP will need to know how much your mortgage is and how much the payments are but these payments will have to be made and cannot be included in the IVA.

Hi Ray
You can include all unsecured debts which include credit cards / loan / overdrafts etc, however, if your car is on hire purchase, you cannot include this in the IVA, instead the payments are dealt with as part of your monthly outgoings in the same way your mortgage, council tax and utilities are. Joint debts can be included aswell.
Just a point on secured debts - they are also included into your IVA, with the creditor concerned given the opportunity to either rely or waive their security. Any unsecured balance can then legitimately be used for voting purposes.
