Can I keep my tax rebate?

I have been in a Iva since December I am going to do my tax returns and will get a tax rebate my Iva said I could keep any tax rebate is this true they have already taken my ppi claim.

Depends on how much it is - I would double check with your IP and get it in writing if they still say you can keep it.

I have seen tax rebates treated in different ways by different IPs, depending on their own policies as well as the nature of the rebate. You really need to ask your provider.
