Hi I’ve recently had an IVA application refused as we rent cars (due to being unable to gain credit to buy). If I aim to try and find another solution to the amount of rent I pay on my carsam I able to re-apply. I do need transport in order to work.

You can try - speak to some smaller companies. We have lots of posters on here who have cars on a lease contract although you may find when your lease runs out you can't renew.

You can always try to re-apply, either with the same firm or though a different firm. The cars alone shouldn't be an insurmountable problem and, of course, everything else has to be drawn into the equation. Many od us survived the 5 years or so in ebay bangers, though this can often be a false economy if a you are dependant on a vehicle.

How far did you get before --- did they hold a creditors meeting ? Have a re think and try again.
