Can I receive state pension whilst in an IVA?

I'm in an IVA since August and my birthday was on November 21st l have been receiving my state pension since then is it alright if I continue to do so.

Yes, you can get state pension if eligible -- it has to be declared as income to your IP, alongside any other income.
