Can I still apply for IVA after receiving default notice from creditors?

I have received default notice from couple of lenders for over due payments. Can I still apply for IVA please?

You can still apply for an iva. Take some professional advice from 2 or 3 providers and let them guide you to the best debt solution

As above, yes you can, indeed. Have a chat with a couple of providers to compare. You do need to be comfortable working with them and they do all operate slightly differently within the broader framework of regulations.
