I’ve gone with a certain company and done an IVA I believe I was fooled into the figures to put me off doing a DRO, from the first month of them taking their fees I wasn’t happy with the service, I’ve since had quite a few issues and not happy , can I stop the IVA to take further advice on what other avenues I can explore,

If the IVA has been accepted by creditors you cannot stop it --- all you can do is allow it to fail by not making the payments. However, your creditors would not be happy with this course of action and might not be too co-operative going forward.

If you can make an IVA payment then you will not, by definition, qualify for a DRO.

What sort of issues are you having ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You can breach your IVA and let it fail but this is risky as it will put you back at square one again having to deal with your debts and at possible risk of Bankruptcy.
