I can't see it being a breach, but you may find you fail a credit check.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

Credit checking by phone providers seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes a failed check still results in a new contract ! The issue will be the type of contract / phone you go for --- cheap & cheerful is key during the IVA, not one of these phones that cooks sunday lunch while making Tik Tok videos at the same time ! You will also, most likely, not be able to add the cost to your allowable expenses and will have to fund it by cutting back elsewhere.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Virgin undertake regular credit checks during a contract so you may find you are accepted now but they terminate your contract later.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
