Can IVA be failed 6 years after it was successfully completed? I am worried that it might come to light that I had payday loans during the IVA.

It can be rescinded .. but I doubt that this would be serious enough or would now come to light. There has been no loss caused to anyone.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I'd imagine you'd have to do something majorly fraudulent, whilst in the IVA, for anything to happen. The creditors are probably glad to see the back of us - once we're off their books.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
