Can IVA touch my PIP awarded for a disability ?

I already have an IVA and next year is my last year to pay it .
I have just been awarded PIP for a disability.. do I have to inform the company of this and can they touch the extra payments I get for my disability or is this something they can not include in my repayments . Thankyou

Yes, you do have to inform your IPm as this is, in effect, an increase in income. Most IPs will add this in on the income side of the balance sheet and then negate it with corresponding expenses on the expenditure side, allocating it to cover whatever it has been awarded to pay for. However, some do not.
