My dad is in an IVA and has an agreed rental amount. His landlord has told him that she wants to move back into the house. He’s having difficulty finding a new house because of IVA. I own a house nearby which I rent out because I have moved to another town. I am willing to rent him my house for the same rent as he is paying now (it is a similar house with the same council tax). Is he allowed to rent it from me if i provide him with a letter confirming this and he can show direct debits to prove the payments.

There should be no reason why not. Some people in IVA's have difficulty finding a supportive landlord, seems your Dad has not got this problem :D

As said, no reason why not. You might have to produce a tenancy agreement (easy enough to download from the internet of buy from a legal stationers (or even W.H Smith), but, as long as the rent is reasonable for the property and area, there should be no issue.
