Hi

Would my ex-husband be permitted to pay pocket money direct into my children's bank accounts or would this need to be declared. It would be roughly £10 per week?

TIA

If it's for your kids and into their accounts there should be no problems.

Your ex's finances and your kid's finances are not subject to your IVA and do not need to be disclosed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
