Can my IVA practitioner claim PPI from a previous creditor that is not part of my agreed IVA? They have successfully claimed a large chunk of my IVA from a creditor from 14 years ago.

Thanks

Yes, they can, although some IP's don't claim from lenders settled prior to the IVA they are suppose to and are entitled to. The cash value of the refund is the asset --- the source is not a factor.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Yes - its an asset of your estate, regardless of whether they are a creditor or not, that is irrelevant.

It could mean depending on the figures you could offer a full and final to finish early...?
