If the finance is paid for by them there will be no problem. You can be on the V5 as the registered keeper - not the same as owning it. Will you be able to afford the insurance?

As Kallis says .. if they physically pay for it (not give you the money to go out car shopping) they will be the legal owners (The V5 is merely the registered keeper .. not the owner). So, it will be their car, but they are allowing you to use it.
To be honest, if no monies pass through your bank account and your expenses do not change, the IP probably wouldn't even be aware.
