First of all, are you already in an IVA? You would have to make sure that the money is only available as a gift.

If you are talking about a lump sum to pay off an existing IVA, yes this can be done. It is also possible to propose an IVA based on one, lump sum, payment.

If you are not in an IVA it's possible to reach a deal direct with your creditors and avoid an IVA altogether, albeit it means a lot of legwork from you, but could save on costs and increase the dividend for the creditors.
