Can my Student Loan be included in my IVA?

Looks like they've been excluded from April 6th according to above link.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I can confirm that they definitely cannot be included as of the 6th April. I had to exclude my Student loan when my creditors meeting came round on the 21st April.
