Can you explain a bit further please? Is this what is owed to you or what you have to pay out.

If you are asking if maintenance payments you have missed can be included as a debt in your IVA, my understanding is that they cannot. Your IP will be able to advise.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It’s what they’re saying I owe them but I sent proof proven otherwise which they will not accept I was just wondering if this could be added to my IVA?

What proof do you have? Is it your IP company who won't accept it?

They are priority debt https://debtguardians.co.uk/advice/debt ... rt%20order and is a financial obligation.

They cannot be included in an IVA or bankruptcy and take priority over any agreed arrangement with creditors.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
