Can someone in an Iva be a guarantor for me?

If someone got a Iva can they be a guarantor for me

In a word --- No!

They cannot take on new credit (which this would still count as) and they will fail a credit check anyway.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
