Can someone in an IVA move without their IP knowing?

Can someone move to a bigger house without telling their IP or the insolvency register

You are obliged by the terms you agreed to in an IVA to inform the IP of any change of address.

So would it be considered a breach of the trust deed if someone moved months ago and did not inform IP

It could be -- if not rectified. Usually when a breach occurs you are given a chance to correct it if it was something like an oversight.
