Can the IVA take my pension now it has completed?

HI IVA ended last September and I have the completion certificate....I I get a lump sum from.pension can they still take this off me?

No. Once you have the completion Certificate and windfalls, pension payout, lottery wins etc are yours to keep.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

As long as the pension was awarded after the date of the completion certificate it is all yours. Indeed some proposals exclude pensions and proceeds, but that will be down to your own individual proposal.
