recieved aletter today from ttispc saying they purchased my account from home retail group and my account will be administered by the insolvency exchange and they will dealing direct with my nominee and supervisor can they still chase me. i have been in a IVA NOW 16 MONTHS
It will just be a standard letter to inform you that the debt has been sold on. Nothing to worry about and they won't chase you.
