I have debt and have no house. my husband has house worth £50000.00.Can the creditors make me bankrupt and sell the house in order to get my share from the house. My name is not in the title deed. As a legal wife is it possible.
From previous posts you have already had a couple of bankruptcy hearings -- what happened at those ? Have you, as previously advised, spoken in an Insolvency Practitioner to explore your options ?
