Can we get a loan now IVA has finished?

Just made the last payments on iva..... now boiler and hubby’s van broke completely-he’s self employed... would we get a loan anywhere????

You will need to wait until your completion letter arrives and your credit record is clear.

Until you get the completion certificate you are still in an IVA. And, while it is on record ( 6 years from the start) you will find it hard to get a loan and less than 'break your legs' rates.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It might take up to 6 months to get his completion certificate and up to 3 months for his record to clear.

Once you have your completion certificate there may be options for you, depending on your other circumstances.
