I am suppose to make a payment on the 18th, unfortunately my wife's carers allowance was stopped on the 24th of June due to her finding a little job, a corresponding form was sent, along with pay slips, to the relevant department, having not heard back from them I rang them and was told that they never received them. Now I have to wait for some more forms and go through the process again. As my wife's carers allowance is part of our living expenses, is it possible to have a free month while this is resolved.I do have a letter proving all I have mentioned, which will be forwarded later today.I did ring and left my phone number to be contacted, but as now have heard nothing, I would appreciate any help you could offer me . Many thanks

You can request a payment break to help you out, the payment will be added on to the end.

As Kallis says -- ask for a payment break ... maybe two months to let things re-settle.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
