I’m starting an IVA and me and my partner are wanting to open a joint account for all the bills to go out of. Will this affect her credit score and chances of getting finance/mortgages in her name alone in the future?

It will affect her credit rating and you should maintain separate accounts.

If you have any joint accounts or financial links when a potential lender does a credit search they will see the link to you and your bad credit record will taint hers to varying degrees.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Don't do it. It's not a taboo or something which would be looked down on, but your IVA is going to crash her credit rating and chances of obtaining further credit lines until the IVA is complete and all records of it have lapsed. I would just set up a standing order from your account to hers to cover your share of the bills.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
