Hi there and welcome to the forum, as inaiva replies you can enter into an IVA without owning your own home.
I would suggest talking to 2 or 3 IP's and getting some case specific, impartial free advice. A good place to start is www.iva.com where you will find a list of companies and some reviews of these.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Good advice there, as ever. Be sure to go through ALL the options so that you get a clear picture in your own mind as to what the pros and cons of the various solutions may be. Once done, you can make up your own mind as to how to tackle the problem.

Lots of people worry that you have to have your own home to do an IVA. If you can't repay your debts but you have a regular income and you have lived in the UK during the last 3 years you can be considered for an IVA - not having assets doesn't matter.
As size5 says, when you get further advice, do listen to all the options as you may find that once you know more about each you might decide on a different solution or it may confirm an IVA is the way to go.
Its good to speak to 2 or 3 companies so you can compare what you have been told and decide who you feel most comfortable with moving forward.
