You can have another IVA - why do you need one? I doubt you can have two going at the same time.

You can have an IVA after having had one in the past. You cannot have two at the same time. Indeed, this would be impossible, as ALL unsecured debt has to be declared and included in an IVA, so there would be no debt to be in the 2nd IVA. Any new debt incurred during the IVA will mean that the arrangement could fail.
