Can you swap IVA companies ? What is involved in swapping IVA companies.

Hi Kulvinder and welcome to the Forum.
If you are already in an IVA it is very unusual and potentially expensive to change your supervisor. If you have not entered an IVA yet and are not happy with the company you are using there is no problem in going elsewhere.

If an IVA is already in existence, you would have to apply to Court to have your current Supervisor replaced, receive their agreement to this and also find an alternative IP to act for you. Very difficult, expensive and unlikely to result in a smooth handover.

Why are you wanting to consider this?
