Hi all, I just had an auto answerphone message on my home phone from Capquest? A quick google suggests I am in financial difficulty ( i am not) anyone heard anything about this company? Even though I have been out of IVA for a year the call still got may heart racing! If I ignore the call it could make my “situation” worse!

I would imagine that whoever Capquest are working for has purchased one of your old debts, not realising it was protected by an IVA. Just inform them of this and tell them to go away !

Ignore them! You can always block their number. If you call them they will know it is a live number.

I just has a look at some reviews on money supermarket and they are awful! Lots of phone calls and letters etc to people who say they owe nothing.

There was a post not so long ago with a similar story, but another company I think -- apparently they were well known for chasing past, written off, debts in the hope that some people just paid up in a panic.
