Hi
I just wanted to find out if a car that was bought with a loan would be considered under an IVA, as well as outstanding bills eg electricity, council tax, etc... along with other loans and credit cards?
thank you

If it was a personal loan which you then used to shop around and purchase a vehicle of your choice then yes, that will be counted as a debt in any IVA proposal.

If the electric is for an old and not current supplier then fine also, similarly for previous council tax arrears. A visit to www.iva.com looks in order, read the reviews etc and take time to speak to 2 or 3 people to get a feel for what ALL your options are before you make your next move, I am sure you won't regret it.
