Completed my iva in Nov 2017 and received completion certificate April 2018

Been accepted with 247 car finance for loan but Apr over the term is horrendous what are my chances of getting accepted for a PCP finance deal from Ford as seen a car there

You can only but ask and find out I'm afraid. Car finance and indeed any finance post IVA is a mine field of answers and decisions that just can not be second guessed. I waited for 3 years post IVA end date before even enquiring about PCP. By then my credit score was good and I had a good record of payments and no defaults showing. I was accepted without issue.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

Your credit file will be shot until at least 6 years from the date of the start of the IVA. First thing to do is to check all theree agencies to get the files looking as healthy as possible.
