Hi

Due to renewal of car insurance with current insurance company being too dear, I have had to find a cheaper one, which I have managed to do. I am not able to pay in one go, so have asked for monthly payments. Today I have received a credit agreement form to sign for this insurance premium.

Am I okay to sign this form OR will that be breaching my IVA?

Thanks

Janet

Hi Janet,

You are absolutely fine in paying car insurance in instalments.
