About 10 days ago i posted about having to sell my car, and you all gave me some lovely advice, i am currently writing a letter to my case officer and wondered if someone would look at the wording for me. in summary i had to sell my car, buy a new car for up to 3K and then put the rest of the money into my IVA... text from letter is below and thanks in advance

".... With Regards to the sale of the car and our previous email exchange, I have again had this advertised locally, and at work with no luck. As per my previous email due to the work that needs to be done imminently this appears to be deterring people. I have again included the valuation for reference.
After the initial creditors meeting, it was intimated to me that if I was able to raise the money to the value of the car minus the £3k allowance for purchasing a new car then I could put this into the IVA. At present I am hopeful that I would be able to raise this by the end of August, would this be acceptable, considering the difference from value to allowance I am hoping that this would be acceptable? "
webuyanycar and others like it are worse than these loan sharks, they offer an amount then once they get the car they reduce the offer by stupid amounts just to justify there costs, i know someone who had £3K offer for the car and once they had it, there revised offer was £1k! and then they charged £500 to drop the car back, the cheek.

We used then no bother to sell the wifes 206. The online quote was for £1200 and we got £1200. Marvellous service,be honest with your online quotation and mention every little scratch or bump so you dont waste your time.
