Please only send them a copy. For ease and to avoid any further delay I would send it all. You may find they already know as IPs should update the main credit agencies but better to be safe.
Remember though the iva will show as completed until the 6th anniversary of the start date - it won't be removed from your records straight away.

As Luluj says, your IP is supposed to send this informationto the Insolvency Service, to get you removed from the Insolvency Register. They, then, are supposed to advise the credit reference agencies, who will mark your credit files accordingly. Have a read here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

As a belt and braces job you could inform them yourself -- photocopies only (keep the original safe and maybe scan it into your documents on the computer ). I would send the certificate and final report. You will probably find that the CRAs will wait until 'officially' informed by the IS -- service and timescales are very variable here.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
