My IVA was approved on 14th September 2018 and I’ve been on my credit report and I have defaults on the following dates (3 for max recovery on 14th Sep, 1 for vanquis on 24th Sep and 1 for PRA Group on 14th Sep)

I’m not sure whether to challenge these dates as I’m not sure I should have these defaults after the iva was approved. I’m not sure if I should even have them to begin with because I remember getting a lot of threats from my creditors saying they would record a default and I kept saying I’m in an iva so contact my IP etc.

Any advice would be appreciated 🙂

All debts in an IVA can still be defaulted by creditors and, indeed, it is better that they do default, as this means they will disappear in 6 years from the date of default. As long as this date is on, before, or around the date the IVA started all is good. Yours appear to be a nice cluster -- some have them years apart !!

For info have a peek here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
