Good luck .... I hope it does get approved. Are you confident you can afford £275/month ...that's a big increase from the previous offer.
Don't agree to something if it's not affordable...the next five years will be difficult anyway, without a payment that is not affordable.
You have until you accept the chairmans - be sure this us truly the right way to go.

Yes look at expenses at both parties, cf had extra expenses that I don’t use and 200 pounds more my food shop so hopefully it will go
