My situation has changed I've had to leave my husband and move in with my parents. I'd hope within 12-18 months i would rent somewhere how does this work with renting? Gas? Electric? Broadband? Would I be able to get those things. I have just started my IVA due to my financial situation changing.

At the time of your circumstances changing you need to seek a review of your income and expenditure to ensure your payments to creditors remain viable with the increase of rent, utility bill's etc. It may be your iva has to be extended to accommodate a reduced payment to ensure minimum return to creditors is made.
Whilst living with your payments are you paying rent and money towards the household bills? If so this needs to be logged with your IP so your payments can be adjusted.
