To make payments by whatever means requires a bank account at the other end - they are trying to bully you.

Thar's rubbish - they have a bank account otherwise they could not accept payment. Stick to your guns.

If everything is bouncing back from Vanguard I would go straight to complaining to the IPA, Peter Jacksons' regulatory body, adding inability to contact and failure to keep you advised of changes to the complaint.

rejected your message to the following email addresses:

peter.jackson@vanguardinsolvency.co.uk
Your message was rejected by the recipient's domain because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:

Send the message again - delete and retype the address before resending. If your email program automatically suggests an address to use, don't select it - type the complete email address.

His email is the same...

I got the same bounced back message too, I'm going to speak to Ebenegate to let them know I'm refusing to pay via RCP and to find out how I should pay next months installment.

Also going to send a complaint to the insolvency service about this. If enough people send complaints, hopefully they can accept standing orders / DD after

You should still be able to pay via your original payment agreement.

Right so tried calling ebengate to discuss this and after 5 mins of being on hold before even speaking to anyone i hung up as i didnt have time to keep waiting. So i emailed again to point out that the SO was set up with the contract for my iva (stole some ideas from the forum) and that i had tried to call them and basically if the didnt provide the new account details them my SO this month would still be going into the account that is closing.
Then i get the automated email to say they have received my email...and it even states in that email
"Please note that from Monday 17 August 2020 all active IVA cases which were previously serviced by Vanguard will now be serviced by Ebenegate.

You will shortly receive a letter advising of this change, and a copy of our FAQs.

It is important to note that this change in no way affects the terms of your Individual Voluntary Arrangement. Peter Jackson will remain as your Supervisor and you should continue to make payments as you have previously."

Feel like sending their own email back to them 🤣

I think I'd do the same - at least keep a copy of that so they cannot come back with a change of contract at all.
