I had an iva which has been settled for at least 4 years
I have just found out from the land registry that the charge is still on my property
How do i get this charge taken off
You need to speak to your former IP and ask them to remove the restriction. If you have no luck there you can always send a copy of your completion letter to the Land Registry and ask them to remove it.
