I am considering to enter into IVA. I would like to know such financial solution would effect my British citizenship application as a good character as well as my intention to sponsor my wife and my daughter visa
to come UK from the Philippines ? I would appreciate if someone would be able to give a valuable advice.
My debts only £5000 but it keeps me in the cycle for 2 years now.

An IVA is not usually a suitable solution for a debt as small as £5000, which could be dealt with in less drastic ways, such as a debt management plan, which would have less of an impact on your credit rating. Speak to someone like Stepchange.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

My IVA application is already processed and the meeting was hold with the creditors. They agreed but I just want to make sure i will not effect my family visa application as a sponsor or my British citizenship application if I say a final yes for it.
Can I ask you kindly if you would know any effects of IVA regarding the above mentioned matters?
I highly appreciate your advice indeed
