We have have paid off the IVA which was with Aperture of Northern Ireland which is now Jarvis of Sale Manchester , it took us 5 years ,, but they are still sending threatening letters , I am 83 , and my wife is 73 so you can imagine our distress - Can we get financial compensation for this ?

Who is sending these letters and what is the nature of the threat ?
