Completion certificate and PPI

I Completed my IVA five years ago,still awating fo my completion Certificate. I have now found out that I will be getting some money from A Ppi Claim.Will this money go to the Insolvency firm or am I entitled to get this money

You should have had the certificate long before now -- maybe you have and missed it ---- it isn't actually a certificate, but is simply a declaration from your IP that the IVA is over and he is no longer acting.

Regardless, any PPI is still due to the IVA, unless it relates to a loan taken out after the IVA finished and the creditor paying out should pay it to your former IP. In some cases (Stepchange in particular appear to have no interest in PPI, bizzarely) an IP decides they are no longer interested and sends it back, in which case it should then come to you.
