Just got my completion certificate after a F&F was accepted on 18 March, I was expecting it being way off but it’s arrived! Payplan have been excellent from start to finish in my case. The completion has even started showing on my credit records too

Good to hear of a swift closure, especially in these trying times. Well done to Payplan and congratulations to you :)

If you have a property, politely remind them to lift the restriction on title and check that this has been done in a few months. Also ... keep copies of the closure paperwork in several places and maybe scan them into your computer and a flashdrive too.

Onward and upward.
