The service I received from Creditfix during the them of my IVA was excellent and without fault. However my Iva finished Sept 26 and still no sign of rthe completion certificate . Which by all accounts should follow. Lets the company down a bit when you consider that this is the mosy important part of the agreement
CF are actually one of the faster completion certificate issuers -- it usually takes around 2 to 3 months, but can take up to 6 months ... so, early days yet.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

I share the frustration unfortunately my iva was hijacked by Aperture taking over from Clear Debt. Made last scheduled payment on 1st of July 2019 still no completion certificate phoning them at the start of every month for an update just get a scripted response that it takes 3-6 months. Been through this process once already with them back in November 2017 when they told me my certificate would take up to 6 months but it didn't, they are an absolute sham of a company!
